EGStoltzfus Earns Top Honors at 2025 Parade of Homes

We’re thrilled to announce that EGStoltzfus Custom Homes & Remodeling won top honors at the 2025 Parade of Homes.

The award winners were announced at the Parade gala which took place at the Lancaster Country Club. Several EGS team members attended to celebrate this recognition, which is a testament to the exceptional design-build craftsmanship that EGS is known for.

Double Honors

Our custom home project, Parade Home #13, received the coveted Fulton Bank Award for Best Single-Family Home.

The home also earned 6 additional honors including Best of Show, Best Exterior, Best Kitchen, Best Bath, Best Interior Design, and Best Decorated.

The 4,066 sq. ft. Tudor-inspired residence reflects the artistry that defines our custom home work, combining classic architecture with modern luxury living.

Our kitchen remodel and addition project, Parade Home #20, earned Best of Show in the Remodeling category. This project is a great example of how strategic remodeling can breathe new life into an existing home to meet a family’s evolving needs.

About Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes is an annual event hosted by the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County that offers homeowners and design enthusiasts a chance to explore homes and design trends from the area’s top homebuilders and remodelers.

This year’s Parade featured 21 single-family, duplex/townhomes and remodeling projects.
