Custom Homes & Remodeling

Join EGStoltzfus Custom Homes & Remodeling for the 2025 Parade of Homes

EGStoltzfus Custom Homes & Remodeling is proud to present two stunning virtual entries in the 2025 Lancaster and Lebanon Counties Parade of Homes.

The celebrated annual event is hosted by the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County and offers homeowners and design enthusiasts the chance to explore creative home solutions and design trends from the area’s top homebuilders and remodeling professionals.

This free public event kicks off June 14th. Some homes are available to tour in person, while others are offering online virtual tours only.

EGS Custom Homes & Remodeling will offer virtual tours of the two showcase homes highlighted below:

Showcase Home #1: Tudor-Style Custom Home

Our first virtual showcase, Parade Home #13, is a magnificent 4,066 sq. ft. custom home that shows the sophisticated artistry that defines many of EGStoltzfus’s custom home & remodeling projects.

The Tudor-inspired home combines classic architectural elements with contemporary luxury living and features:

Impressive Street Presence

From the street, the home commands attention with a striking mix of authentic stone, painted brick, and Hardie® Plank siding.

Interior Architecture

  • Soaring 10-ft. and 9-ft. ceilings on the first and second floors
  • Large kitchen with custom millwork and built-in cabinetry
  • Scullery with hidden access through main kitchen cabinet door
  • His and her offices
  • 1st floor owner’s suite with wet room, his and her closets, and hidden access to laundry space from the bathroom

Entertainment Areas

  • Great room with two-story architectural fireplace as central focal point
  • Finished basement with a wellness room, bar, media area, and hidden speakeasy
  • Large, covered patio with gas fireplace

Showcase Home #2: Kitchen Remodel & Addition

Our second virtual entry, Parade Home #20, is a great example of how strategic remodeling can transform an existing home to meet evolving family needs.

Our clients had lived in their 2002-built home for over two decades. While the house served them well, they envisioned a more functional kitchen, a bright sunroom addition, and an expanded outdoor deck for elevated entertaining.

Through collaborative design sessions and detailed 3D modeling, our team developed a renovation plan that aligned with the client’s vision and budget parameters.

Project Highlights

  • A fully remodeled and expanded kitchen with custom cabinetry, large island with seating, walk-in pantry, and butler’s pantry
  • A designated table seating area and nearby patio door with built-in blinds and convenient access to the new outdoor deck constructed with low-maintenance AZEK® decking and sleek black metal railing
  • Sunroom with French doors, cathedral ceiling, and large windows with great views of the client’s well-manicured property

Building on Award-Winning Success

With these two Parade entries, EGStoltzfus Custom Homes & Remodeling continues our tradition of excellence following a successful 2024 Parade event.

Last year, our Mansfield home located in our Brooklawn custom home community welcomed over 2,000 visitors and earned awards for “Best Kitchen” and “Best Decorated”.

Located in desirable Manheim Township and just minutes from Oregon Pike, Brooklawn offers the perfect combination of convenient access and peaceful residential living.

Several Brooklawn custom homesites are still available. You can bring us your own architectural plan, choose from our curated Signature Home Plan collection, or collaborate with our design-build team to create something entirely unique to your needs.

Also on the Parade: Lime Spring Village from EGStoltzfus Homes

As part of this year’s Parade, visitors can also visit our Lime Spring Village community in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County.

Our Parrish model home, Parade Home #15, is open for in-person Parade tours which run June 14-15 and June 18-22. Homes are open weekdays from 5-8pm and weekends from 12-5pm.

The Parrish is a great example of how thoughtful design can maximize both style and functionality in low-maintenance townhome living – ideal for those who want quality new construction without the upkeep of a traditional single-family home.
