The Parade of Homes is always a highly anticipated event for southcentral PA homebuilders, prospective homebuyers, and the general public. This year’s parade was no exception.
Sponsored by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Lancaster County, the parade has been BIA’s signature event for 30+ years. It showcases the best new homes, custom homes, and remodeling projects throughout Lancaster and Lebanon counties. The event is free and open to the public.
The 2024 parade featured 22 homes from 13 builders, with prices ranging from under $500,000 to over $1.3 million.
EGStoltzfus had record-breaking attendance at our parade entry, which is located in Brooklawn – a new custom home community in Manheim Township, Lancaster County PA.
Over the course of the seven-day event which wrapped up June 23rd, we welcomed over 2,000 visitors through the doors of our Mansfield home, which recently sold.
EGStoltzfus garnered two awards at the Parade of Homes Gala, which kicks off the parade each year and recognizes builders with the best displays of craftsmanship and design.
Our team received accolades for Best Kitchen and Best Decorated in our single family home division. This industry recognition is a true testament to the meticulous planning and unwavering dedication of our team who worked for months to bring the vision of our Mansfield to life.
The Mansfield is a custom design-build home that offers the best of contemporary living. It features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 3,000+ square feet of living space.
With sleek wood accents, unique tiled floors and eye-catching light fixtures, the home exudes modern style around every corner.
The home’s custom features include a secondary prep kitchen, linear gas fireplace, owner’s bath with full walk-in tile shower and free-standing soaking tub, hardwood staircase with open stringers and high-contrast metal stair railing, and a 16’x14’ paver patio.
The 2024 parade has come to a close, but you can still experience the Mansfield!
