The 2024 Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Lancaster County, kicks off next month! This year’s event runs June 15-16 and June 19-23.

EGStoltzfus Custom Homes & Remodeling will showcase a Parade home in our new Brooklawn II neighborhood, located just off Route 272/Oregon Pike in the Manheim Twp. School District.

Our parade entry (#15) is a custom design-build home showcasing the best in contemporary living. The Mansfield is located at 515 Sierra Lane in Lancaster and features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,000+ square feet of living space.
